Talent Acquisition Team Leader, German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of HR Coordinators.

• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, SLAs, quality benchmarks, and service excellence goals.

• Manage workload distribution and facilitate effective capacity planning.

• Serve as the main point of escalation for issues related to the recruitment process, systems, and stakeholder engagement.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and assist in employee development plans.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present operational insights to management.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and integration of new team members.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, or Recruitment Coordination.

• Prior experience in leading a team within a Recruitment, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, or RPO setting.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills.

• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance management.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

• Proficient in German (C1 level or higher).

• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).

• Fluency in both German and English is crucial for daily interactions with stakeholders, clients, and team members across global markets.
