Talent Acquisition Team Leader, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of a team of HR Coordinators

• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, SLAs, quality benchmarks, and service excellence objectives

• Manage workload allocation and facilitate effective capacity planning

• Serve as the primary escalation contact for issues related to the recruitment process, systems, and stakeholders

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders

• Conduct performance evaluations, offer regular feedback, and assist in employee development plans

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and boost efficiency

• Evaluate performance metrics, generate reports, and present operational updates to management

• Assist in the onboarding, training, and integration of new team members

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, or Recruitment Coordination

• Prior experience in leading a team within a Recruitment, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, or RPO setting

• Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills

• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management abilities

• Analytical approach with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance oversight

• Capability to function effectively in a fast-paced, international setting

• Proficiency in the English language is expected as per the role title
