This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for designated requisitions, starting from the intake meeting to the offer stage, reference verification, and pre-boarding processes.
• Identify and attract both active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, training institutions, social media, specialized job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, values, and cultural alignment.
• Develop and deliver job descriptions and promotional materials that accurately reflect the role and the employer's brand.
• Organize and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
• Establish and sustain candidate pipelines for critical positions based on attrition indicators.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp team dynamics and specific role requirements.
• Adjust interview schedules and interviewer sequences as necessary based on availability.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System like Greenhouse to monitor recruitment metrics and assess pipeline health.
• Evaluate time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, and People team data to pinpoint areas for improvement and proactive sourcing needs.
• Provide updates on hiring progress.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or a comparable role, demonstrating a successful full-cycle recruitment history.
• Proven ability to source candidates through diverse channels, particularly with expertise in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media search methods.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple open positions concurrently.
• Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and human resources databases.
• Experience sourcing candidates within the US market.
• Background in recruiting for teaching positions or within the education sector.
• Knowledge of social media recruiting techniques.
• A strong commitment to and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in the recruitment process.
