This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Collaborate closely with Line Managers to gain insights into open positions and maintain communication regarding vacancy status.
• Develop and distribute job advertisements across various job boards and regions utilizing the ATS one-click publishing feature.
• Implement recruitment strategies through LinkedIn headhunting, ATS sourcing, and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews via video calls.
• Provide Line Managers with curated CV shortlists.
• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and Hiring Managers alongside the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ATS records related to recruitment activities, candidate statuses, open positions, and metrics such as time to fill.
• Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions.
• Collaborate with HR and Line Managers to formulate offers and obtain acceptance.
• Stay informed about recruitment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Improve existing recruitment processes and create new ones as necessary.
• Analyze competitor information and candidate markets to provide guidance to Hiring Managers.
• Co-create and implement initiatives that enhance talent-market visibility.
• Work in partnership with Marketing and Communications to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop engaging, candidate-focused content across various digital platforms.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Genuine interest in the Life Science sector.
• Willingness to recruit across Europe and potentially other regions.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment projects in specialized skill areas.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, line management, and senior leadership.
• Experience with an ATS or CRM system for recruitment purposes.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
