Talent Acquisition Specialist, German Speaking, Pharma Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from the initial intake call to the offer stage.

• Conduct recruitment across Germany, Austria, the Nordics, Benelux, and other markets within EMEA.

• Partner with hiring managers to grasp their hiring needs and facilitate recruitment efforts.

• Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various recruitment platforms.

• Perform screening calls, interviews, and assessments of candidates.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping strategies.

• Handle multiple job vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

• Keep precise recruitment data and activities updated within ATS systems.

• Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.

• Prior recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level (mandatory).

• Experience in managing the full recruitment process.

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience in agency, RPO, or in-house settings.
