This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Collaborate closely with Line Managers to comprehend open roles and maintain communication regarding vacancy status.
• Develop job advertisements and distribute them across various job boards and regions utilizing the ATS one-click publishing feature.
• Implement recruitment strategies through LinkedIn headhunting, ATS sourcing, and referrals.
• Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates via video calls.
• Present shortlisted CVs to Line Managers.
• Organize interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
• Update the ATS with recruitment activities, candidate statuses, and recruitment metrics.
• Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment and selection lifecycle.
• Create and sustain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions.
• Formulate and negotiate compelling offers with HR and Line Managers to ensure offer acceptance.
• Stay informed about recruitment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
• Enhance recruitment processes and establish new procedures as necessary.
• Investigate competitor information and candidate markets to support Hiring Managers.
• Collaborate in developing and executing initiatives to bolster talent market presence.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to produce brand-consistent, candidate-centric digital content.
• Prior Talent Acquisition experience from a clinical recruitment agency, CRO, or pharmaceutical company.
• Knowledge of the Life Science industry, preferably in Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, or Medical Writing.
• Capability to manage multiple recruitment projects across specialized skill areas.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, line managers, and senior leadership.
• Experience utilizing an ATS or CRM system for recruitment purposes.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Competence in self-management and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
