Talent Acquisition Specialist, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from the initial intake call through to the offer stage

• Recruit talent across Germany, Austria, the Nordics, Benelux, and other EMEA regions

• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and assist in recruitment initiatives

• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various other recruitment platforms

• Conduct preliminary screening calls, interviews, and candidate evaluations

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing and talent mapping

• Handle multiple job openings concurrently while ensuring a superior candidate experience

• Keep precise recruitment data and activities updated within ATS systems

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of recruitment experience in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting

• Experience in managing or assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

• Familiarity with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition

• Background in recruiting within the pharmaceutical sector (preferred)

• Experience with Workday ATS (preferred)

• Experience supporting recruitment efforts across various European markets (preferred)
