Senior Recruiter – R&D Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Facilitate strategic intake discussions with hiring managers, offering market insights and recommendations to refine position specifications.

• Create and oversee innovative recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.

• Assess candidate profiles and present strong talent slates while developing comprehensive pipelines for future requirements.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders on offer specifics utilizing market data and compensation guidelines.

• Guide Recruiters and team members, sharing knowledge to enhance the overall team's performance.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure proactive and timely updates on search progress.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment within an R&D Pharmaceutical setting.

• Understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency environments, demonstrating successful outcomes.

• Familiarity with Workday.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.

• Capability to work remotely from any location in the USA.
