This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the entire recruiting cycle while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
• Engage with candidates, offer timely feedback, prepare interviewers, and effectively structure interviews.
• Develop and support the talent acquisition strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and create as well as implement sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Guide and mentor hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Coordinate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage the status of candidates.
• Determine effective sourcing channels tailored to various positions and skill sets.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess skill sets, organizational fit, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
• Prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts.
• Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives.
• Develop a social media strategy to advertise open positions.
• Proactively source talent through suitable platforms.
• Create and update recruiting reports and analytics.
• Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Capability to devise innovative recruiting strategies and techniques to identify outstanding talent.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of good clinical practices.
• Knowledge of relevant Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and guidelines.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in Germany.
