This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
• Engage with candidates, deliver timely feedback, prepare interviewers, and effectively structure interviews.
• Develop and support the talent acquisition strategy.
• Foster relationships with hiring managers to grasp hiring requirements and implement sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Determine position specifications and sourcing methodologies.
• Guide and mentor hiring managers on best practices in recruitment.
• Manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System and oversee candidate statuses.
• Identify sourcing avenues for various positions and skill sets.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess skill sets, organizational fit, cultural alignment, language proficiency, and prepare concise shortlist briefs.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain talent acquisition application systems and manage recruitment accounts.
• Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification.
• Assist in employer branding efforts.
• Develop a social media strategy to advertise open positions.
• Actively source talent through appropriate platforms.
• Create and update recruiting reports and analytics.
• Lead and engage in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth onboarding transition.
• Work alongside colleagues in a global clinical research organization specializing in dermatology and rheumatology.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to devise innovative recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of good clinical practices and relevant Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Romania.
