This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Assist in the execution of the overall talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
β’ Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers in attracting and selecting premier talent.
β’ Oversee the complete recruiting process and enhance the candidate experience.
β’ Design and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
β’ Mentor and advise hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
β’ Organize job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate progress.
β’ Identify effective sourcing channels suitable for various positions and skill sets.
β’ Conduct initial screening interviews and create shortlists for hiring managers.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
β’ Maintain talent acquisition software and manage recruitment accounts.
β’ Oversee pre-employment procedures, including background checks and reference verification.
β’ Assist with employer branding efforts and develop a social media strategy for open roles.
β’ Actively source candidates using relevant platforms.
β’ Create and refine recruiting reports and analytics.
β’ Lead and engage in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
β’ Prepare offer details for official offer letters and employment contracts.
β’ Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or a related field.
β’ 5-7 years of in-house recruiting experience.
β’ Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing techniques.
β’ Bilingual in French and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
β’ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
β’ Proven ability to devise innovative strategies for recruiting and identifying exceptional talent.
β’ High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
β’ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Solid understanding of good clinical practices, as well as Health Canada and FDA regulations and guidelines.
β’ Legally authorized to work in Canada.
