This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process from start to finish.

• Promote job vacancies, actively source candidates, screen applicants, and engage in candidate outreach.

• Conduct interviews and evaluations based on the defined criteria for each position.

• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts while ensuring organization and quality in execution.

• Work with roles across various levels, especially administrative, technical, and more advanced professional positions.

• Track the candidate pipeline and ensure that processes are current and efficient.

• Collaborate with SLAs, timelines, calendars, and agreed-upon delivery deadlines.

• Follow up on recruitment processes and provide suitable feedback to candidates.

• Maintain effective and professional communication with both clients and candidates.

• Ensure the quality of candidate profiles presented to clients.

• Stay results-driven while complying with established standards and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in managing a high volume of job openings and candidates.

• Expertise in recruiting for operational, administrative, technical, and/or more sophisticated positions.

• Knowledge of screening, sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and profile assessment methods.

• Familiarity with SLAs, performance metrics, scheduling, and pipeline management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple processes at once.

• Customer-service oriented with a strong understanding of the client and candidate experience.

• Independent, responsible, and results-focused individual.

• Proficient in utilizing systems, ATSs, recruitment platforms, and digital tools.

• Basic personal setup for remote work.
