Dental Hygienist Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with managers to evaluate needs and formulate a recruitment strategy.

• Open job requisitions and advertise job vacancies.

• Utilize recruiting and sourcing tools, methods, and social media platforms to find licensed Hygienists.

• Assess, qualify, and recommend candidates for interviews.

• Partner with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs.

• Participate in job fairs as necessary.

• Oversee the candidate selection and interview process.

• Handle negotiation, closing, and onboarding aspects of candidate/new hire relations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a strategic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in healthcare is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced setting.

• Proficient in recruiting systems and Excel.

• The ideal candidate should reside in the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events.
