This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for designated requisitions utilizing AI-driven tools and the expertise of recruiters.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, align selection criteria, and create structured, skills-focused hiring methodologies.
• Leverage AI-enhanced market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to guide sourcing strategies.
• Configure and optimize role descriptions, screening standards, outreach plans, and interview processes using approved AI recruiting tools.
• Direct sourcing initiatives, establish targeted candidate pipelines, and maintain proactive communication with potential candidates.
• Evaluate and confirm AI-generated candidate suggestions, interview summaries, and assessment results.
• Exercise human judgment in advancement and hiring choices.
• Utilize AI tools to tailor candidate outreach, manage scheduling, streamline communication, and enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance on offer creation using market information, internal protocols, and AI-informed compensation insights.
• Manage approvals and documentation related to job offers.
• Keep precise records of recruiting data, workflow documentation, and candidate dispositions.
• Ensure human oversight, clarity, bias reduction, and adherence to policies throughout AI-assisted recruiting efforts.
• Abide by employment laws, selection criteria, privacy regulations, and company policies.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel will be necessary as required.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Four (4) years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Proven success in high-volume, high-automation, and data-centric recruiting environments.
• Experience with sourcing, pipelining, ATS, CRM, automation, and interview intelligence tools.
• Background in applying structured selection practices, recruiting analytics, and maintaining workflow discipline.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, employment compliance requirements, and relevant audit or validation practices for talent selection.
• Capability to utilize AI-powered tools, including large language model (LLM) applications like Copilot.
• Proficient in interpreting AI-generated results, recognizing limitations or risks, and exercising sound judgment.
• Knowledgeable in employment regulations, structured selection practices, responsible AI principles, bias mitigation strategies, transparency, explainability, and audit trail requirements.
• Skilled in using ATS, CRM, sourcing, automation, and interview intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data, dashboards, and market insights.
• Competence in maintaining data integrity, documentation standards, and compliance with governance mandates.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
