This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions within the Colombia RPO project.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gain insights into hiring needs, priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Convert business needs into efficient sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Actively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other pertinent channels.
• Evaluate and assess candidates based on technical/functional qualifications and cultural fit.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists accompanied by recommendations and supporting insights.
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey while ensuring effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Organize interviews, collect feedback, and outline next steps while ensuring a swift process.
• Offer market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation, and hiring conditions in Colombia.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate necessary adjustments to the hiring strategy based on market realities or recruitment data.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment data, pipelines, and progress reports.
• Take responsibility for delivery, deadlines, and hiring results.
• Support around 20 hires in the Colombia project, as well as potential wider recruitment initiatives throughout Latin America.
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or RPO environments, ideally overseeing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong background in recruiting for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, such as in technology, engineering, clinical, life sciences, or other niche functions.
• Experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or similarly driven environment is highly regarded.
• In-depth understanding of the Colombian talent landscape, especially in Bogotá and other key talent hubs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities concurrently.
• Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to identify talent beyond just inbound applications.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers or external clients while managing demanding stakeholders.
• Capability to constructively challenge requirements, provide market insights, and function as a recruitment partner rather than merely taking job orders.
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting with clear delivery expectations.
• Proficient in professional English for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is not a prerequisite.
• Significant long-term potential: Although the initial contract spans 6 months, outstanding performance may lead to ongoing collaboration as the recruitment partnership evolves.
