Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify hiring requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process.

• Develop, maintain, and refresh job postings across various sourcing platforms.

• Identify potential candidates using ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruitment channels.

• Perform candidate screenings and conduct virtual interviews using Zoom.

• Organize and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.

• Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping in the ATS.

• Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers.

• Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Proficient in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions at once.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 preferred).

• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

• Completion of Bachillerato / Educación Media.

• Advanced English language skills.
