Regional Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead recruitment efforts for hourly positions at the plant level.

• Serve as a full-cycle recruiter accountable for sourcing, screening, and managing offer and pre-employment screening processes.

• Support essential hiring initiatives within the region, including new site openings, pipeline networking, career fairs, and local outreach efforts.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to comprehend staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.

• Develop candidate pipelines through military programs, work re-entry initiatives, colleges, universities, trade schools, and other sources.

• Attend and engage actively in job fairs, college career days, agency-sponsored events, and community and business partner gatherings.

• Coordinate and provide assistance regarding adjustments to regional hourly rates and sourcing insights.

• Stay informed about local employment trends and provide coaching to stakeholders based on key findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, specifically within a manufacturing environment.

• Preferred experience in full-cycle recruitment within a manufacturing context.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools, with a preference for Workday.

• Proven experience in developing and executing innovative recruitment campaigns aimed at attracting top talent for skilled roles.

• A strong work ethic that consistently reflects our Guiding Principles.
