Recruitment Consultant – US and Canada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage the selection process, which includes identifying and evaluating candidates, performing initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback.

• Establish and maintain a robust candidate network through market analysis and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while achieving strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.

• Present high-quality talent for open roles and address objections during the hiring process.

• Consult with hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment procedures.

• Sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Update and manage applicant tracking system data, reports, and associated administrative records.

• Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and candidate closure.

• Capacity to achieve results in a dynamic, metrics-driven, and deadline-oriented recruiting environment.

• Ability to surpass performance expectations and goals while effectively implementing feedback.

• Capability to communicate the recruiting pipeline with confidence.

• Strong client focus and a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and the client relationship.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt when directions and priorities change.

• Active engagement in a recruiting team and contribution to open collaboration.

• Proven computer skills.

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
