This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the complete recruitment process for designated business areas.

• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to create innovative sourcing strategies.

• Engage with candidates and conduct interviews based on competencies.

• Assist in hiring and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Source, recruit, and recommend qualified candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles.

• Organize and oversee the recruitment workflow.

• Secure necessary approvals and work closely with HR colleagues while adhering to applicable laws and employment practices.

• Develop recruitment strategies aimed at attracting skilled and talented candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers regarding the recruitment process and manage their expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a comparable and relevant academic qualification.

• Prior recruitment experience in the Clinical/CRO/Pharma/Biotech sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with the CRO industry and the ability to evaluate candidates' suitability within the sector.

• Experience with FSP is highly desirable.

• Capacity to apply logical reasoning, judgment, and a corporate perspective while aligning staffing and selection strategies with business challenges.

• Proficient in utilizing social media recruitment tools.

• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong customer-oriented approach, with the ability to engage with all levels of management.

• Excellent proficiency in English language and grammar.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
