This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Collaborate with leadership on senior-level or specialized recruitment efforts.

• Oversee and enhance the applicant tracking system, incorporating AI-driven integrations.

• Utilize AI-supported screening and matching tools to create qualified shortlists, while confirming outcomes through human assessment.

• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and assessments.

• Employ AI notetaking or interview intelligence tools to document interview details effectively.

• Advertise and manage open positions across job boards, professional networks, and the company's career page.

• Develop and sustain a robust, diverse candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria and assist with hiring decisions.

• Promote equitable, bias-aware hiring practices while adhering to relevant policies and regulations.

• Suggest recruiting tools and workflows that enhance the speed of hiring and improve the candidate experience.

• Foster and protect a positive, transparent candidate experience, showcasing Siege as an outstanding workplace.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Preferably, experience with AI-assisted or technology-enabled hiring tools.

• Proficiency in managing an applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

• Comfort with evaluating and adopting recruiting technologies, including AI for sourcing, screening, or scheduling.

• Insight to discern when to rely on recruiting tools and when to make manual adjustments.

• Proven experience conducting interviews via phone, video, panel, and other formats.

• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and operate independently in a remote work setting.

• Recommended: hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools.

• Recommended: familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity platforms.

• Recommended: experience in developing recruiting and sourcing strategies.

• Recommended: understanding of content marketing, creative, or agency hiring practices.
