This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for sales, technology, and operations positions from the initial intake meeting to the signed offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, draft job descriptions, and set up interview processes and hiring standards.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, motivation, and alignment with company values.
• Support candidates throughout the interview process, collect feedback, and facilitate hiring debrief sessions.
• Present job offers, assist with negotiations, and finalize candidate placements.
• Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the candidate journey.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and provide reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics.
• Develop employer branding content for LinkedIn, the careers page, and other platforms.
• Maintain precise and appealing job postings, career pages, and employer review profiles.
• Build talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, virtual career fairs, and networking events.
• Organize and manage virtual and in-person team events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
• Assist with recognition programs, employee milestones, engagement surveys, pulse checks, and follow-up initiatives.
• Write internal announcements, newsletters, and updates.
• Aid in onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, equipment, system access, and first-week schedules.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and prepare offer letters, contracts, and employment verifications.
• Document and enhance recruiting and People processes, templates, and policies.
• Some experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong internship experience in recruiting will also be considered.
• Comfortable taking ownership of a process from beginning to end and accountable for outcomes.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confident in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Capable of managing multiple requisitions, pipelines, and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Interest and creativity in employer branding and fostering company culture.
• Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with an HRIS, Canva, or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Degree in HR, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fully remote work environment.
