This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute the comprehensive recruitment strategy for the organization.
• Ensure that staffing requirements are fulfilled while supporting a long-term talent management approach.
• Craft and revise job descriptions and specifications.
• Conduct market analysis and compensation studies to establish competitive salary benchmarks.
• Develop tailored interview questions for each role.
• Formulate and execute sourcing strategies along with employer branding initiatives.
• Identify and screen potential candidates.
• Arrange and conduct interviews.
• Oversee reference checks, background investigations, pre-employment screenings, and job offers.
• Guide and train management and hiring teams on interview techniques, recruitment methodologies, and tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint staffing requirements.
• Work alongside management to establish criteria for candidate selection.
• Stay informed about recruitment and retention trends and best practices.
• Organize screening calls, assessments, and interview processes.
• Evaluate candidates’ resumes, portfolios, and references.
• Engage in selection processes and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Plan and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Generate analytical and documented recruitment reports for stakeholders.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable role within a high-volume setting.
• Preferred experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Excel.
• HRCI or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, diverse interview strategies, and evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Preferred expertise with the ADP ATS.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Capable of multitasking and serving multiple internal stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including prolonged periods of standing, climbing stairs, reaching, squatting, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting objects up to 20 pounds.
