Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to discover potential candidates.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Perform initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.

• Deliver timely feedback to candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

• Draft job offers and facilitate upfront discussions regarding offers with candidates.

• Keep accurate and current candidate records within the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and priorities.

• Engage in communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Guarantee a seamless transition for new hires and address any onboarding-related inquiries.

• Contribute to additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

• No prior experience is necessary.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities are a must.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A strong desire to learn and advance in the recruitment field.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to responsibilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing conditions.
