Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Recruit for various positions on a global scale, specifically in Germany, the UK, and other international markets.

• Create sourcing strategies and lists of targets for active roles.

• Identify candidates via online searches, both internal and external databases, industry publications, cold outreach, networking referrals, and recruitment systems.

• Monitor candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers regarding candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy.

• Enhance methods for attracting talent and refining recruitment processes.

• Work together with various business units on proactive workforce planning and resource alignment.

• Promote and assist with local recruitment events.

• Facilitate recruiting activities across multiple countries.

• Oversee the recruiting process from requisition approval to the successful onboarding of candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and German languages.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, a high school diploma combined with relevant experience is acceptable.

• More than 5 years of experience in a recruiting environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload and challenging recruitment searches.

• Capability to drive a complete recruiting process from the kick-off meeting to candidate interviews.

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to devise innovative solutions for challenging openings.

• Experience with employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and managing the interview process.

• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage expectations, display urgency, and maintain a customer-focused and collaborative approach.

• Familiarity with Workday HRIS & Recruiting is an advantage.
