This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify, attract, and recruit exceptional talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and roles.
• Create and update job specifications and descriptions.
• Discover effective strategies for recruiting and enticing candidates.
• Prepare job descriptions and interview queries utilizing recruitment tools.
• Actively seek out passive candidates and develop candidate pipelines through platforms like LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and various job boards.
• Evaluate candidates through resume assessments, screener inquiries, interviews, and other forms of communication.
• Source candidates who align with the core values of the company.
• Connect qualified candidates with hiring teams promptly.
• Keep candidates informed about their application progress.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
• Maintain an active presence in the technical and industry communities.
• Provide updates on job requests to senior management during weekly meetings.
• Execute additional related tasks as assigned.
• Must possess eligibility to work in the United States.
• Capable of working independently and thriving under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring teams.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates using advanced recruiting tools and methods.
• Ability to document and report progress effectively.
• Technical knowledge of Managed IT Services is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for MSP roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter is essential.
• Working knowledge of Paylocity Recruiting is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical and/or human resources discipline.
• Minimum of three years of relevant recruiting experience is required.
• Previous experience in technical roles is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment methods and best practices, along with knowledge of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Primarily work from home in a remote role, with occasional travel required.
