This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Serve as a reliable advisor for clients and a champion for candidates.
• Utilize recruitment methodologies and market insights to fulfill clients' staffing requirements.
• Oversee every phase of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and recommending candidates for hire.
• Manage candidate selection, conduct preliminary phone screenings, facilitate interviews, and collect feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a network of candidates through market analysis and ongoing management of talent pools.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong ratios of submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.
• Create innovative and proactive approaches to identify both passive and active candidates.
• Present exceptional candidates for available roles and address any objections encountered during the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on final decisions, compensation packages, and recruitment protocols.
• Maintain positive relationships and satisfaction levels with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.
• Update and manage data within the applicant tracking system, along with reports and related administrative documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet research, negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Capacity to deliver results within a dynamic, metrics-focused, and deadline-oriented recruiting environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations and goals while applying feedback to achieve optimal results.
• Ability to confidently articulate the recruiting pipeline.
• Strong client-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Skill in executing recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and the ability to adjust to changing directions and priorities.
• Active involvement in recruiting teams and promoting open collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong presence on social media platforms.
