This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and execute tailored Recruitment strategies for assigned qualitative and quantitative projects.
• Carry out Custom Recruitment activities within established budgets and timelines.
• Oversee recruitment operations for as many as 25 concurrent projects.
• Utilize recruitment platforms, proprietary market research tools, bulk email/SMS services, survey systems, social media, and marketing/multimedia resources.
• Participate in IKO and project-specific meetings, sharing agreed-upon action plans.
• Track recruitment progress and modify strategies to optimize internal sample collection, ensuring alignment with client requirements and profitability goals.
• Suggest alternative internal sampling approaches.
• Update internal project teams on recruitment progress, status, and challenges.
• Ensure that recruitment tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
• Formulate strategies to enhance response rates, minimize costs, and expand the M3 Global Research panel.
• Supply market insights and project feasibility assessments based on desk research.
• Offer feedback and suggestions for the enhancement of M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred, though not mandatory.
• 0–1 year of experience in market research.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a solid understanding of English grammar rules.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a quick adaptability to new technologies and software.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, and profitability.
• Interest, innate curiosity, or prior experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong critical thinking capabilities and the initiative to enhance skills and proactively address issues with project management.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-driven and capable of adjusting task priorities throughout the workday.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Availability to work during EU time zone hours.
