Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of roles.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish ideal candidate profiles.

• Perform market analysis to shape hiring strategies and set compensation standards.

• Drive candidate sourcing through innovative and data-informed techniques.

• Evaluate candidates' skills and cultural alignment via structured interviews.

• Provide advice and training to hiring managers on effective interview practices.

• Proactively resolve delays in the hiring process with practical solutions.

• Continuously enhance talent acquisition procedures and overall candidate experience.

• Conduct an in-depth review of team structure, hiring requirements, and recruitment pipeline within the first 30 days.

• Establish relationships with hiring managers and review current processes.

• Take responsibility for active roles from initiation to completion.

• Offer strategic advice to managers on hiring tactics, market insights, and candidate assessment.

• Lead strategic recruitment efforts and support hiring needs across various functions.

• Develop scalable talent acquisition strategies.

• Successfully close 5–8 roles within the first 90 days, depending on the complexity of the profiles and business priorities.

• Minimum of 4 years in full-cycle recruitment with a successful record of filling vacancies across multiple functions.

• Experience in hiring for unique and senior-level positions.

• Proficient in evaluating soft skills and conducting structured interviews.

• Solid background in executive search and multi-channel sourcing.

• Demonstrated ability to consult and partner with hiring managers effectively.

• Experience in international recruitment is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.
