This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage the complete recruitment cycle for designated roles, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, and negotiating offers.
• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and structured guidance on hiring practices.
• Create effective job descriptions and engaging candidate messaging that align with Workit Health’s mission and values.
• Act as the primary contact for hiring teams regarding assigned roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, and employee referrals.
• Connect with passive candidates through personalized outreach and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Use ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to the improvement of interview structures, candidate experiences, and conversion rates throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and share data-driven insights with stakeholders.
• Own specific Talent Acquisition OKRs, including manager training and the development of candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and Development.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role within an HR / People Operations team.
• Prior experience with the Greenhouse application tracking system is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage job requisitions from start to finish.
• Previous experience in recruiting for diverse functions, including clinical, technical, and/or operational roles.
• Proven capability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a high level of accountability.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
