Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders in the Ride-Hailing and Marketing sectors.

• Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers, leveraging market insights and data to assist in hiring decisions.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing to job offer.

• Create and implement targeted search strategies utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.

• Work alongside HR Business Partners and stakeholders to enhance hiring processes and improve the candidate experience.

• Promote consistency and efficiency within recruitment workflows and contribute to team initiatives.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for both recurring and anticipated hiring requirements.

• Utilize market data and competitor analysis to provide guidance to hiring managers on talent availability and candidate expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a tech or fast-paced international digital environment.

• Experience in recruiting for commercial, marketing, or operations positions in South Africa and Egypt, ideally within the ride-hailing or mobility sectors.

• Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates across all levels.

• Strong sourcing capabilities, comfortable sourcing talent beyond inbound applications.

• Highly organized and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple searches concurrently.

• Clear and confident communicator, possessing strong written and verbal English proficiency.
