This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions throughout Poland.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, role specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other pertinent channels.
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on established role criteria.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the entire recruitment experience.
• Prepare and manage job offers, ensuring a seamless transition from selection to onboarding.
• Keep precise and current recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure adherence to internal recruitment procedures, policies, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor recruitment activities and provide consistent updates and reports.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) team to exchange knowledge, best practices, and industry insights.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
• Experience in recruiting within Poland and a solid understanding of the local talent landscape.
• Strong skills in sourcing and assessing candidates.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and various stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Capable of independently managing multiple vacancies and priorities.
• A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in clinical research, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or related fields is a significant advantage.
