This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle across various departments including Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, Corporate, and Commercial.
• Oversee approximately 8–15 active requisitions simultaneously.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to establish role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Create and launch precise requisitions in Greenhouse.
• Develop structured interview guides, plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide stakeholders with insights on talent markets, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines.
• Conduct candidate screenings and offer recommendations to hiring teams.
• Handle interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
• Lead discussions and negotiations regarding offers in conjunction with the People team.
• Act as a reliable contact and advocate for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Cultivate relationships with passive talent and maintain talent pipelines.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, professional networks, and industry communities.
• Serve as a recruiting advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Calibrate profiles, evaluate candidates, and influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate across various functions, geographies, and time zones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
• Assist hiring managers in becoming more effective, consistent interviewers and talent partners.
• A minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, healthcare, technology, or similarly complex environment.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, from specialized individual contributors to senior leadership positions.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions while ensuring strong hiring results, quality, and candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience in engaging passive, senior, and specialized talent.
• Ability to rapidly learn and recruit for unfamiliar functions and talent markets.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and willingness to operate across different geographies and time zones.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, along with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar.
• Strong professional judgment and discretion in handling confidential candidate and hiring information.
