This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Facilitate pipeline reviews, hiring strategy discussions, and recruiter coaching sessions.
• Set recruiting goals, priorities, and establish performance metrics for the team.
• Manage high-impact searches and executive-level recruitment personally.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting from initial intake to offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define hiring strategies for critical and challenging roles.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for technical skills, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Assist the recruiting team on roles during periods of high demand.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and executives on talent strategy, market trends, compensation insights, interview practices, and hiring decisions.
• Communicate the health of the pipeline, recruiting progress, market conditions, and challenges to hiring managers.
• Lead intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies.
• Report weekly to the executive team on the progress of roles.
• Administer and serve as a subject matter expert for the Ashby ATS.
• Own the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Streamline workflows, interview processes, automations, templates, scorecards, and reporting.
• Ensure the integrity of recruiting data and accurate reporting.
• Create dashboards and recruiting analytics for KPIs, funnel health, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and recruiter performance.
• Collaborate with People Operations and HR leadership on recruiting systems and processes.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Work with Marketing and People teams on employer branding initiatives.
• Promote inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies.
• Enhance recruiting efficiency, scalability, and quality of hires.
• Assist with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Lead or participate in Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives.
• Over 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ideally, experience within a digital marketing agency, technology firm, or professional services organization.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
• Must have experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, and Marketing Ops/Rev Ops.
• Proven success in recruiting for executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles while managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean searches, networking, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Proficient in an ATS and various recruitment tools.
• Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox is advantageous.
• Background in using recruiting analytics and data to inform hiring decisions and enhance recruiting performance.
• Experience recruiting across diverse global markets is preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with outstanding project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve both personal and team goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• Basic understanding of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries.
• Must permanently reside in an eligible country and have established and current work authorization for that country when applicable.
• Must have reliable internet access and a professional workspace.
