• Assess candidates based on their performance, motivation, values, and long-term compatibility.

• Articulate the company's mission, expectations, and culture effectively.

• Manage recruitment activities, pipelines, and hiring outcomes through defined metrics.

• Strive to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process.

• Contribute to preserving and enhancing the company culture.

• Confidence in engaging directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.

• Proficiency with an ATS, recruiting analytics, and performance metrics.

• Outstanding organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountability.

• Candidates must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
