This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Develop and lead exceptional teams at Directive while managing a high-performing recruiting unit.
• Mentor, coach, and guide Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Facilitate pipeline reviews, hiring strategy discussions, and recruiter training sessions.
• Set recruiting objectives, priorities, and performance metrics for the team.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level recruitment processes.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to devise hiring strategies for crucial and challenging roles.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills, leadership potential, and alignment with company values.
• Create proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, referrals, and market analysis.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and executives on talent strategies, market trends, compensation, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Lead intake meetings and maintain ongoing communication regarding pipeline health, progress, market conditions, and challenges.
• Deliver weekly updates to the executive team on the status of roles.
• Manage and oversee the Ashby ATS.
• Enhance recruiting workflows, interview processes, automation, templates, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure the integrity of recruitment data while developing dashboards and analytics for recruiting KPIs.
• Collaborate with People Operations and HR leadership on recruitment systems and processes.
• Advocate for candidate experience, inclusive recruiting practices, employer branding, and global talent sourcing.
• Assist in workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Lead or engage in Talent Acquisition projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Preferably have experience within a digital marketing agency, technology firm, or professional services company.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
• Required recruiting experience in SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, and Marketing Ops/Rev Ops.
• Proven track record in successfully recruiting executive, leadership, and specialized roles while maintaining full-cycle recruiting ownership.
• Demonstrated capability to devise sourcing strategies utilizing advanced Boolean searches, networking, referrals, market mapping, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with an ATS and various recruitment tools.
• Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox is advantageous.
• Familiarity with using recruiting analytics and data to inform hiring decisions and enhance recruiting performance.
• Experience in recruiting across diverse global markets is preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; adept at managing competing priorities.
• Self-driven, competitive, and dedicated to achieving both personal and team goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• Basic understanding of compliance and legal obligations across various countries.
• Established and current work authorization and permanent residency in the relevant country for global locations.
• Must be proficient in operating a laptop, software platforms, and office productivity tools.
• Reliable internet access and a professional backdrop are necessary.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and effectively observe and interpret written and verbal communication.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship and current U.S. residency are required for application.
