This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Engage in or lead Kick-Off Calls with external clients for each new position to comprehend hiring needs, expectations, and priorities.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and clients to ensure alignment of candidate profiles and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of specifications and job descriptions.
• Search for potential candidates using databases, social media, networking, job fairs, and additional channels.
• Compose recruitment advertisements and publish ads in impactful digital media.
• Identify candidates and evaluate qualifications via resume reviews, interviews, and other modes of communication.
• Conduct video interviews with candidates and develop profile summaries for clients.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and provide updates throughout the process.
• Keep accurate and current information in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Own and monitor recruitment KPIs for designated searches.
• Analyze recruitment funnel performance to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience across various roles, such as SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Client Success, or similar positions.
• Experience working with international or US-based clients is advantageous.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related area.
• Advanced C1/C2 level of English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Zoho Recruit or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR CRM.
• Previous experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, Loom, and/or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong client-facing communication abilities and confidence in participating in or leading Kick-Off Calls.
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs with the capability to monitor, analyze, and respond to performance data.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, adept at managing multiple open positions concurrently.
• Results-driven and accountable for recruitment outcomes.
• Proactive with a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Availability to work during US Central Time (CST) hours.
