Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive recruitment processes for US Government and private sector contracts.

• Identify and recruit high-level managerial and director-level professionals in the fields of security, healthcare, and response logistics.

• Attract, evaluate, and secure elite talent for intricate managerial and director positions.

• Utilize advanced databases, professional social media networks, and networking techniques to source and engage candidates.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates against the requirements of open positions.

• Perform structured interviews employing effective recruiting and selection methodologies.

• Evaluate candidates’ leadership acumen, technical abilities, interpersonal skills, executive experience, and operational competencies.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires within government and private sector operations.

• Ensure adherence to HR recruiting best practices for compliance and competitive hiring standards.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as dictated by customer or client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-lifecycle recruiting.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for mid-to-senior level managerial and director positions, preferably in security, healthcare, or response logistics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Required to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

• Frequently required to move around the office to access file cabinets and office equipment.

• Occasionally required to stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
