Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and place Speech Therapists and other specialized educational professionals in school-based positions throughout the United States.

• Implement proactive talent acquisition strategies and actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, professional associations, and niche groups.

• Develop and oversee job postings on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant sites.

• Utilize social media to establish a personal brand and engage with therapy and educational communities.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including pre-screening interviews and candidate qualification.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from the initial outreach to submission.

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Communicate professionally and persuasively in accordance with the culture of US clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in South Africa.

• Must be available to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM SAST.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the allied health, therapy, or education sectors.

• Possess a proactive “hunter” mindset for identifying passive talent.

• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to build rapport with professionals based in the US.
