Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for e-commerce and creative positions.

• Craft and enhance job descriptions.

• Actively seek out candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and various other channels.

• Evaluate resumes and portfolios while conducting initial interviews.

• Create structured assessments for candidates to assist hiring managers.

• Organize interviews across different time zones with hiring managers and founders.

• Prepare and assist in negotiating job offers.

• Facilitate the onboarding transition for new employees.

• Keep an updated pipeline in GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Highlight any issues with the pipeline or job specifications, providing evidence and options.

• Spot potential red flags in resumes and portfolios prior to final interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.

• Proven history of hiring specifically for e-commerce and creative roles.

• Experience in recruiting for DTC or performance-marketing-focused companies is highly advantageous.

• Comfortable assessing creative portfolios (design, video, content) alongside traditional e-commerce/operations backgrounds.

• Strong skills in sourcing candidates.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Capability to work core hours aligned with CET.

• Able to operate independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with hiring/ATS tools such as GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
