This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure top-tier candidates in the fields of technology, project management, and health information.

• Ensure an outstanding and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process.

• Assist in developing a strong employer brand that attracts high-performing, experienced professionals.

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting with increasing levels of autonomy based on your experience.

• Maintain timely communication and structured evaluation methods.

• Create role-specific sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, resume databases, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Resources on various recruiting initiatives.

• Contribute to building diverse and qualified teams.

• Establish and sustain candidate pipelines for recurring or anticipated positions.

• Provide hiring managers with updates on the health of the pipeline, candidate statuses, and market conditions.

• Identify areas for enhancing recruiting workflows, communication practices, and candidate experience.

• Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and selection criteria.

• Support employer branding initiatives and talent-attraction outreach efforts.

• Relay labor market conditions and relevant insights to hiring managers.

• Organize and participate in job fairs, open houses, and national conferences.

• Ensure that recruitment and hiring practices adhere to federal and state employment laws and company policies.

• Manage candidate tracking and reporting in the ATS, ensuring both accuracy and data integrity.

• Utilize reporting and metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Perform additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in talent acquisition, demonstrating increasing autonomy and complexity based on your background.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting is essential.

• Prior experience in recruiting within the government sector is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in using social media, resume databases, and professional networking platforms.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• A solid customer service focus.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a significant volume of open requisitions.

• General knowledge of employment best practices and compliance regulations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and various recruiting systems or tools.

• Ability to sit, read, work on a computer, and view a computer screen for extended durations.

• Must occasionally be able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, kneel, or crouch.
