This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for roles within the corporate recruiting domain, including exempt-level positions in the field.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to grasp job requirements and establish recruitment process expectations.
• Engage with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, agencies, and candidates; manage candidate expectations while ensuring prompt feedback.
• Foster candidate relationships, develop applicant pools, and pursue referrals.
• Actively source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Administer the SuccessFactors ATS, encompassing requisitions, postings, and candidate management.
• Initiate salary negotiations and guide candidates towards offer acceptance in alignment with authorized salary grades, organizational goals, and candidate expectations.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to create job profiles and recruitment marketing materials.
• Support metrics reporting and analyze various elements of the recruitment process.
• Oversee the corporate recruiting internship program and contribute to social media initiatives.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition team members on projects and present ideas persuasively to secure commitment.
• At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency settings.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an agency.
• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors ATS is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in online research techniques (Boolean search skills preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
• Strong customer-facing abilities with the capacity to cultivate effective relationships across the organization are essential.
• Self-driven with the capability to prioritize, handle a substantial workload, and adeptly manage change in a dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
