This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate intricate interviews, calendar management, and interviewer panels; handle rescheduling and guarantee a smooth candidate journey.
• Take ownership of candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, including confirmations, preparation, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to source and develop diverse talent pipelines for priority positions utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping, and various outbound techniques.
• Evaluate resumes and perform structured initial screenings for specific roles, assessing core qualifications, motivation, and alignment with job requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management and workflows, which include candidate stages, interview feedback, requisition activities, and reporting.
• Oversee the offer process administration by drafting offer letters and employment documents, initiating background checks, and managing pre-hire workflows for candidates.
• Track interview feedback and follow up with interviewers and hiring teams to maintain momentum and ensure timely decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to provide a consistent, professional, and equitable interview experience.
• Identify barriers in the hiring process and suggest practical enhancements to workflows, templates, systems, and communication channels.
• Assist with additional recruiting and people-team initiatives as business needs change.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned, less complex searches as experience and readiness grow.
• Over 5 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent sourcing, or providing recruiting support within an in-house or agency setting.
• Proven success in managing complex interview scheduling, multi-stakeholder communications, and handling confidential candidate information.
• Strong foundational skills in sourcing, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate research, and outreach tactics.
• Experience in conducting candidate phone screenings or a clear capacity to quickly learn structured screening methodologies.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through capabilities, and written communication proficiency.
• Good judgment and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, resource-aware environment.
• A candidate-first approach with a high standard for service, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Capacity to work independently while understanding when to escalate issues, risks, or decisions.
• A growth mindset with an eagerness to evolve into a full-cycle recruiting professional.
• Familiarity with or a willingness to work within macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
