This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout R&D, including Software, Hardware, Product, AI, and G&A to create and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Develop diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals, technical communities, and other innovative sourcing methods.
• Research, identify, and connect with passive candidates in various technical fields.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor by providing market insights and aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers' needs.
• Suggest sourcing modifications based on pipeline analytics.
• Monitor and evaluate pipeline health, sourcing efficacy, and conversion metrics.
• Select, implement, and advocate for sourcing tools and AI-driven recruiting technologies.
• Ensure a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing and hiring journey.
• Keep abreast of talent trends and new sourcing tools in the software and hardware AI talent markets.
• Over 8 years of technical sourcing experience in a dynamic environment.
• Proven success in software and hardware/AI-focused technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and AI-related technical roles, terminology, and stacks, including silicon/chip design, embedded systems, and ML infrastructure.
• Established record of building high-quality pipelines, engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates, and facilitating the closure of top-tier technical talent.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Greenhouse CRM.
• Background in sourcing across R&D and G&A functions, such as software, hardware AI, finance, legal, people, and operations.
• Experience working with recruiters and hiring managers to formulate sourcing strategies and influence search direction.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
• Ability to create compelling outreach and foster authentic candidate relationships.
• Proficient in using data to evaluate pipeline health, uncover insights, and enhance sourcing methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting technology.
• Capability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must reside in the continental United States.
• Comfortable working in Pacific Time.
