This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

• Conduct recruitment for requested profiles across various job boards and communication channels (field/remote).

• Execute CV screening, pre-screening, scheduling of interviews, and safety induction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate in Psychology or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes (including internships).

• Experience in recruiting profiles from diverse sectors.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Knowledge of psychometric evaluation platforms (desirable).

• Immediate availability and full-time commitment.

• Must reside in Arequipa (essential).

• University studies completed.
