International Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated job openings in partnership with Atlean World

• Identify candidates through job boards, social media, and networking

• Perform pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate fit

• Present selected candidates to the internal recruitment team at Atlean World

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Develop and manage a candidate network across global markets

• Discover new sourcing avenues, markets, and recruitment tactics

• Monitor performance and strive towards personal and financial objectives

• Establish a professional reputation through consistent outcomes and quality recruitment

• Operate independently while collaborating with Atlean World

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with independent work

• Strong results-oriented approach and commercial awareness

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO sector

• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms

• Enjoys working within an international and multicultural context
