Healthcare Staffing, Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, caseworkers, and other potential referral or business partners.

• Present home healthcare and staffing services.

• Clarify staffing and private duty nursing services.

• Assess facility staffing requirements and patient care possibilities.

• Liaise with caseworkers concerning private duty nursing services for pediatric patients aged 0–21.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare contacts and referral sources.

• Perform follow-ups with prospective facilities and contacts.

• Position staffing services as solutions to recognized needs.

• Arrange appointments and follow-up discussions.

• Monitor outreach activities, responses, opportunities, and subsequent steps.

• Assist with recruitment outreach for Medicaid waiver patients and private duty nursing roles.

• Identify potential patient placements and align available staff with patient care or staffing needs.

• Collaborate with the internal team regarding staffing or patient opportunities.

• Aid in healthcare credentialing and communicate with insurance companies about requirements and statuses.

• Follow up on credentialing details and keep accurate credentialing records.

• Provide administrative and coordination support.

• Compile and submit daily updates and reports.

• Aim for acquiring approximately 4 new clients each month.

• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound outreach, business development, recruitment, appointment setting, or a related role.

• Excellent professional phone communication abilities.

• Confident in initiating discussions with new healthcare and business contacts.

• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound outreach.

• Strong follow-up abilities and persistence.

• Capability to explain services in a clear and professional manner.

• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in recruitment or staffing.

• Ability to identify opportunities and guide conversations toward suitable next steps.

• Proficient spoken and written English skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to maintain precise outreach records and activity reports.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Results-oriented and comfortable working towards productivity targets.

• Dependable, responsive, and consistent.

• Healthcare credentialing experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in healthcare business development or outreach is highly preferred.

• Background in home healthcare or healthcare staffing is highly preferred.

• Experience with Medicaid waiver programs is highly preferred.

• Experience in private duty nursing staffing or recruitment is highly preferred.

• Experience communicating with hospital or clinic caseworkers is highly preferred.

• Experience contacting insurance companies regarding credentialing is highly preferred.

• Appointment-setting experience is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with HHAeXchange is highly preferred.

• Experience with CRM or call-tracking platforms such as GoHighLevel is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with VoIP or cloud-based phone systems is highly preferred.

• Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.

• Must have relevant work experience.

• Must provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.

• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer is necessary.

• A stable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required.

• Noise-canceling headset is needed.

• Working webcam is essential.
