This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Independently oversee a portfolio of full-cycle recruitment processes from kickoff to accepted offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to articulate role requirements, success profiles, competencies, and interview criteria.
• Develop qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, inbound applications, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Perform recruiter screenings and evaluate candidates based on clearly defined role specifications.
• Actively manage candidates, interviewers, feedback, and subsequent steps in the recruitment process.
• Serve as the primary recruiting liaison to hiring managers, offering pipeline updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Detect hiring risks and bottlenecks early on and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate offers and facilitate candidate closure in collaboration with the People team.
• Establish proactive talent pipelines for recurring and challenging-to-fill positions.
• Conduct talent mapping and provide insights regarding candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring trends.
• Ensure accurate candidate and requisition data is maintained within the ATS, supporting disciplined interview and scorecard practices.
• Collaborate with the People team to ensure a seamless transition from accepted offers through to onboarding.
• Enhance recruiting workflows, candidate experiences, sourcing methodologies, systems, and automation processes.
• Track recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, source effectiveness, time in stage, and time-to-fill.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or rapidly growing environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple searches across various functions.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
• Confidence in conducting recruiter screenings and assessing candidates beyond just their resumes.
• Exceptional skills in partnering with hiring managers, including the ability to provide recommendations, manage expectations, and respectfully challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen focus on candidate experience.
• Capability to remain organized and advance processes while juggling competing priorities.
• Comfort in adapting to an environment where priorities may change, and not all processes are fully defined.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and utilizing pipeline data to pinpoint potential issues or opportunities.
• Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse or a similar platform.
• Curiosity about recruiting technology, automation, and AI-driven recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting across GTM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, or Operations is advantageous.
