This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and connect with passive engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing platforms.
• Create tailored outreach to candidates that reflects the role, mission, and their experience.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to assess experience, technical fit, salary expectations, availability, location, security clearance needs, and overall compatibility.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and interview teams.
• Guide candidates efficiently through the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in offer development, candidate engagement, and pre-employment transition activities.
• Keep accurate records of candidates and recruiting activities in Rippling.
• Monitor pipeline activity, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and hiring results.
• Provide support for compensation and talent market research for technical roles.
• Aid in university recruiting, internship programs, career fairs, and early-career initiatives.
• Suggest enhancements to sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, candidate experience, and recruiting tools.
• Assist with additional recruitment priorities as organizational needs change.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruiting engineering, software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other highly technical talent.
• Proven experience managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and candidate closure.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Capability to comprehend technical job requirements and evaluate candidates during screenings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple active requisitions and candidate pipelines at the same time.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in recruiting within defense technology, government contracting, national security, or a rapidly growing technology company.
• Preferred: experience recruiting candidates with active U.S. government security clearances.
• Preferred: knowledge of security clearance requirements and the cleared talent market.
• Preferred: experience recruiting software engineers, infrastructure engineers, SREs, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity professionals, or similar technical roles.
• Preferred: experience supporting university recruiting, internships, or early-career talent programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with Rippling Recruiting or Rippling ATS.
• Preferred: experience conducting compensation or technical talent market research.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• May occasionally work over 40 hours per week during month-end closing, audit periods, or acquisition activities.
