This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the talent acquisition strategy for the Americas and convert business objectives and headcount requirements into a practical hiring plan.
• Mentor, guide, and enhance the development of Lead TA Partners, Senior TA Partners, and TA Partners.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture that reflects One Agilent values.
• Provide guidance to executives and hiring managers on organizational design, market insights, compensation trends, and the availability of specialized talent.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on workforce planning, capacity modeling, and prioritizing hiring needs.
• Propel the achievement of targets related to volume, niche scientific/technical, and executive recruitment.
• Personally manage select senior-level searches.
• Enhance recruiting processes, interviewer training, and candidate experiences.
• Establish and report on talent acquisition metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions.
• Oversee the regional TA technology stack along with vendor/agency relationships and budgets.
• Develop talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, early-career programs, industry associations, and scientific communities.
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• 4+ years of experience in leading and expanding recruiting teams.
• Ideally, experience across multiple countries in the Americas.
• Proven success in volume and senior-level hiring within the life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, MedTech, scientific instrumentation, or technology industries.
• Experience in recruiting specialized STEM talent, including scientists, engineers, and technical field/service roles.
• Experience working with C-level and VP stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in business and candidate advisory.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, employer branding, structured interviewing, and contemporary recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with US employment and hiring compliance.
• Experience in a regulated and/or federal contractor environment.
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
• A strong preference for familiarity with Canadian and Latin American hiring practices.
• Experience supporting Tech, Product, and AI talent areas is a plus.
• Experience scaling hiring efforts in Mexico, Brazil, or Canada is advantageous.
• Familiarity with TA Advisor models and behaviors is beneficial.
• Experience in implementing or migrating an ATS and developing TA analytics is a plus.
