• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process from start to finish.

• Manage high-volume recruitment by conducting numerous screenings and reaching out to candidates.

• Promote job vacancies through various channels and platforms.

• Actively source and attract potential candidates.

• Evaluate and analyze resumes effectively.

• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or other methods.

• Match candidates’ profiles with the specific requirements of each role.

• Maintain and organize information pertaining to the recruitment process.

• Provide support to candidates throughout different stages of their journey.

• Present candidates that align with the client's requested profile.

• Adhere to deadlines and keep track of recruitment needs.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection.

• Essential experience with high-volume hiring.

• Capability to conduct a substantial number of screenings and interviews efficiently.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings at the same time.

• Quick adaptability and strong prioritization skills.

• Proactive and self-driven, with the capability to work independently from a home office.

• Familiarity with job advertising platforms and recruitment tools.

• High school diploma.
